- Billing references handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)
- Usage data (API and product activity, IP address, device and log data)
- Content you submit (briefs, messages, uploaded lists, waitlist emails)

- Directly from you when you sign up, join the waitlist, or use the Service
- Automatically through logs and product analytics
- From identity providers you use to sign in (for example Google)

- Provide, secure, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and prevent abuse

5. Audience and contact data
The Service provides access to business contact and company data sourced for commercial use. When you unlock or export contacts, you determine the purposes of your downstream processing and must comply with applicable privacy and marketing laws. Where required, we process personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
7. Sharing
We may share information with subprocessors that help us run the Service (hosting, authentication, payments, email), with authorities when legally required, or with others only with your direction or consent. We do not sell your account personal information.
8. Retention and security
We retain information as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our size and the sensitivity of the data; no system is perfectly secure.
